As mentioned before, Load = sRPE x duration.

In the Load registration tab, it’s possible to easily enter both.

Athletes can also use their Athlete App to enter the sRPE per each training.



When you have added ‘planned duration’ in each exercise, it’s now possible to easily copy the ‘planned duration’ to become the ‘executed duration’.

  1. Click on the ‘copy’ icon to do this for that exercise. 
  2. Click on ‘Copy all planned durations to all athletes’ to do this for all exercises.

 Now that you have marked all athletes and copied over the Planned Duration into the Executed duration, it’s possible to make detailed adjustments per athlete or per exercise.

 

When an athlete had to stop early in the training, and you have made a note of that inside the ‘Attended Athletes’ tab, this player will be marked in pink in the Load Registration tab.
