When creating a new illness/injury for an athlete, the user can select the Grade of participation in training.
We have predefined 5 different fixed options, but a user who has the right permissions can create other given names within these options range: 
In the Athlete header, the participation grade is shown in the 'Team training status': 
On the team level, in the Current State ( What is the Current state? ), an overview of statuses is shown too:
"Team training status" relates to "Grade of participation in training".
