Within creating a new periodization program, within the general information modal, the participants of the periodization program are chosen. In the top right corner of the timeline, the participants can be managed. (see picture below)

In this example: 7 athletes in the periodization program, of which 4 are active, 2 paused and 1 stopped. | |

1 = the athletes that are paused
2 = the athlete that is stopped
Athletes who are paused or stopped are not ‘active athletes’, and thus not asked to be added as participants within the calendar appointment.
