When in a periodization program, right click on a cycle, and choose ‘Duplicate’.

  • A copied macro is set on the first available date in that cycle. Adjust manually if required.
  • For a copied meso cycle, first select a parent macro cycle. The copy will be set on the first available date in that cycle. Adjust manually if required.
  • For a copied micro cycle, first select a parent meso cycle. The copy will be set on the first available date in the meso (!)cycle since we allow having multiple and overlapping meso cycles. Adjust manually if required.
  • Following information will be copied over:
    1. Duration of the cycle
    2. Objectives

If the length of the cycle is longer than the open date range it will be copied in, the length will be automatically adjusted to fit the remaining date range.
