Macro Cycle Types

1/ Click on Periodization on the main dashboard > Periodization library > tab macro cycle types.

When creating a periodization program afterward, it is mandatory to select a cycle type!
These cycle types can only be created in the periodization library.

2/ Create a new macro cycle type by clicking on the green ‘+’ button.

3/ A modal opens.

4/ Give macro cycle type a 'name'.

Select both ‘Text color’ and ‘Back color’ from 20 possible colors.

Click 'Save and close'.

Or tick the ‘Create another’ box to immediately create a bulk of macro cycle types.

Meso cycle types

Creating meso cycle types is identical to creating a macro cycle type. See above for more information.

Micro cycle types

Creating micro cycle types is identical to creating a macro cycle type. See above for more information.
