The athlete can fill in their sRPE via their Panega Athlete App.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once a training appointment has started, the sRPE functionality within that training appointment is activated.

  1. Athlete can slide the score of his sRPE
  2. Click on ‘SAVE’

The sRPE is now coupled to this training.
