Athletes are given the permission to create 4 calendar appointment types:

School
Absence: the athlete needs to select an absence reason here. By default 'general absence' and 'other' already can be selected as reasons. If other absence reasons need to be selectable for the athlete, then the key user must create these. An athlete can always add information in the comment section of the appointment.
General
Holiday
