We have made a distinction between persons as a subject of an appointment, and persons who will need to be invited to an appointment.

Every calendar appointment type has four tabs:

 


 

In this tab, it is possible to select teams, groups, athletes, or other persons. However, this doesn’t mean that these persons are automatically invited to this appointment. Therefore, they need to be added to the 2nd tab: Participants.

 

In the training appointment type, we added the convenience that selected persons in the Details tab are automatically added to the Participants tab.


 In this tab, you can select who is invited to this appointment.

This can be done per person, but also with workgroups.

 

Not invited means the appointment will not appear in the other’s calendar.


General info: user functionalities depend on the roles & permissions settings. If a certain functionality does not work within your user account, this will be because you don't have sufficient permissions for this.
