1/ Go to a team
2/ Click on 'addresses'.
3/ Select the persons you want to send an email to.
4/ Click on 'Send email'
5/ Here you can select whether or not you want to include 'Guardians' in the email.
If you hover over the Guardians, then a pop-up indicates which email-addresses it will be sent to:
In order to be able to mail a Guardian; their email-address must have been added within the personal administrative profile of the person.
