To ease the start of the project, workgroups will be created together with the Panega CSM during the implementation.


It is possible to create workgroups yourself if you have the rights permissions to do so:


Within User Management, click on 'Workgroups':


Click on the green 'plus' button, to create a new workgroup.

Choose a name for the workgroup, and add the user accounts of the users you want in this workgroup:


General info: user functionalities depend on the roles & permissions settings. If a certain functionality does not work within your user account, this will be because you don't have sufficient permissions for this.
