1. add a user to your contact list:  

  • On your main dashboard, click on the tile ‘Contacts’ 

  • Click on the green plus button on the right side of your screen. 

 

  • Select a Person in the list. 
    If that person can’t be found, please contact your admin. It means that person has no user account yet.
  • Assign a ‘Contact Type’ to that person.
  • You have now added the contact to your contact list.


 


2. grant access to the newly added contact

  • Click on the three dots on the right of the name of your contact, and click ‘Manage access to my data’
  • A screen will pop up, indicating what will happen.
  • Click on ‘Grant access’. You have now granted access to that user.
  • He/she will now be able to see your data.


3/ how will the added user get access to your data? 

  • The user that has been granted access still needs to add you on their ‘MyAthletes’ list as well. 
  • The access the added user will have also depends on the rights settings of their assigned role.

E.g. when the added user is a coach, he/she will never see any core medical data.



4/ what if I want to revoke access to my data? 

  • Go to ‘Contacts’ and click on the three dots behind the user’s name.



  • Click on ‘Manage access to my data.  A screen will pop up.
  •  Click on ‘Revoke access’.
  •  The user will not have access to your data anymore.



General info: user functionalities depend on the roles & permissions settings. If a certain functionality does not work within your user account, this will be because you don't have sufficient permissions for this.
