1. Athlete gives access to you

  • Since the athlete is leading in what happens with their data, they need to give access to you first.
  • They add you to their contact list and grant you access.

2. See all athletes you have access to

On your main dashboard, click on the tile ‘Athletes’

You will see a list of all athletes that you have access to.

 3. Which athletes are on this list?

  • The ‘MyTeamAthletes’:
These are the athletes that are in the same department as me and are part of a team that I have access to.
  • The ‘MyGrantedAthletes’:      These are the athletes that are in another department than me, and that have granted access to me, via the ‘MyAthlete’ principle.

4. So which data will be accessible for me?

  • In general, access will be granted for the following information types:
    • Personal and administrative information
    • Medical information
    • Calendar information
    • Personal development and wellbeing information
    • Evaluation reports

The access you received will be limited, depending on the rights settings of the role you have in Panega. E.g. when you are not given permissions to see medical related data.

General info: user functionalities depend on the roles & permissions settings. If a certain functionality does not work within your user account, this will be because you don't have sufficient permissions for this.
