The first time a user logs in, he will be shown the privacy clause.
The user will need to approve this clause in order to get access to the Panega platform.
The user can always find the Privacy clause by clicking on the 'user account' in the upper right corner, and choosing 'Privacy clause'.
General info: user functionalities depend on the roles & permissions settings. If a certain functionality does not work within your user account, this will be because you don't have sufficient permissions for this.
